HOW TO BOOK - SIMPLE BOOKING PROCEDURES
  • Contact Harvest to place your booking and to advise any other extension plans.
  • Send a $500 deposit per person (plus optional insurance payment) with completed pilgrims' booking form to your Harvest booking centre. Cheques to be made payable to Harvest Pilgrimages or nominate Credit Card details where shown. If you do not have a pilgrims booking form, please download a printable version here.
  • Await Harvest’s letter of confirmation containing receipt, visa(s) information and travel insurance details (if applicable) along with other specific travel information.
  • Make balance of payment 7 weeks prior to departure.
  • Collect or await the delivery of final tour documentation including cabin bag, journal and ticket wallet approximately two weeks prior to departure date.

Exchange Rate Notation

All costs have been calculated on exchange rates based as at 18 November 2009. While it is our aim to avoid any increases to the tour prices, such levels must remain subject to possible alteration should a deterioration occur in the Australian or New Zealand dollar and subject to minimum group size contingency.

Prepaid Tipping Fund

After countless requests from our pilgrims, wisdom has shown us the practical necessity to request a prepaid tipping fund for the convenience of pilgrims.

Based on destinational influences and trip duration, the standard tipping expectations for each country’s guides, drivers and porters have been carefully considered resulting in the amounts listed under each tour. Your group co-ordinator will receive the total amount paid and distribute according to our guidelines. The implementation of this scheme immediately removes the otherwise regular interruptions, demands and potential awkwardness on tour with this standard travel practice, while maintaining our control and quality of the important aspects of our service providers.
